Initial release for EmForge MyLyn Provider. major targets for this release:

1. Implement connecting to EmForge;
2. Implement Query Tasks;
3. Implement Task View;
4. Implement submitting tasks changes: new comments, new attachments, finishing steps by specified Transition.

Features seems will not be done in this milestone (but should be done in some next milestone):

• Creating new task;
• Preview for description and comments;
• Processing tasks, there current user has several active steps (we need to understand how it is better to display in MyLyn);
• Reassigning tasks, changing priority - some other specific actions.

As result, we should receive at this milestone provider, allowed to perform general actions with tasks.
