I've only changed priority of this process

and as result the process name have been encoded!

I've tested using of unicode (Russian language) in task name, description and comments - it works fine, so I guess this task can be closed.

Maybe it was fixed by someone else already since one year has passed from its creation.

Editing of task name, description and comments in English and Russian also works fine. Changing of task priority doesn't make encoding. I guess it was fixed.
