Version 0.22 Released#

We are happy to announce new version of EmForge-0.22!

JasperReports support#

Now, it is possible to write reports and use them with EmForge by using most popular java reporting solution: Jasper Reports

Web-Services for BPM#

Now, BPM functionality available via Web-Services (implemented by using CXF Framework). So, next step is implementing Mylyn connector operated via this service.

More information about implementing web-services with using CXF, Spring, maven and Acegi Security will be published later in separate article

Fixed some compatibility problems#

Now it is possible to start use EmForge by simple deploying war-file to the Tomcat 5.5/6.0, JBoss (version 4.2.2GA tested), Glassfish (version 2.0 b58g tested)

Default workflows available#

Set of default workflows, used by EmForge project itself are included into war and available to use after deploying. No need to write own workflow or download them from somewhere. Everything required to start working is included!

Documentation Updated#

New Articles:

• EmForge Setup Guide described how to setup EmForge to use your database, svn repository or more complex cases like using ActiveDirectory for authentication
• EmForge Workflow Development provided set of tutorials, helped to start write own workflows with using JBoss GPD

Bug-Fixing#
