Test Procedures for Tasks

This is test procedures for EmForge Project. We hope to move them to Selenium tool very soon for testing authomation.

Addition of process:

With the help of "Deploy New Process" link.

Select "Deploy New" link on the "Start New Process" menu.	"Deploy New Process" page is open. "Deploy New Process Definition into Server" form is accessible.
Click "����������" button and load file from the server.	The way to a file registers in a field of the "Deploy New Process Definition into Server" form.
Click "Deploy Process" button.	"Deploy New Process" page is closed. New process has been added and showed in "Start New Processes" menu.

Click "Preview" button in this form.	The comment is displayed in preview mode. The text is inaccessible for editing.
In the "Change Properties" select Project, Priority, enter Description. In the "Action" form select "Save changes and stay here" option box. Click "Submit" button.	"Task" page is not close.
Go to "Tasks" page.	Created Task in "Active Task" form is located. All parameters displayed correctly.

Go to "Task Info" tab. Select yourself from the "Assign To" list. Change Priority and select "Assign ToDo(go to "Accept ToDo")" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. "Action" form in the "Task Info" tab contains new actions: "Accept ToDo", "Request Reassign", "Request Additional Information".

Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "ToDo Completed" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. "Action" form in the "Task Info" tab contains new actions: "Approve ToDo", "Reject ToDo".
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Check the ToDo Results" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "Approve ToDo" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	This Tasks page is close. "Welcome To EmForge" page is open. This Process is moved to the "Finished Processes for "User Name"".
Click "Finished Processes for "User Name"" link on the "Welcome To EmForge" page.	The finished process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished processes.

Open already created Task by pressing on any tasks property. Choose it from "Active Tasks" form.	"Task" page is open. In the "Task test" Description item has been added. "Add/Change task (Task name)" field does not contain any comment. Properties have not changed.
Change Priority and select "Create Subprocess" in the "Action" tab. Choose any process (for example "Create New ToDo"). Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page for Subprocess is open.
Return previous test for a "Create New ToDo" task and reopen already created Task by pressing on any tasks property	Task page contain a new "Sub-Processes" form. The finished sub process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished sub processes.
Select "Create New ToDo(go to "Assign ToDo")" in the "Action" tab in opened processes. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. Task have a new status - "Assign To". The "Change Properties" form the new field "Assign To" is contain.
Step1. Go to "Task Info" tab. Select yourself from the "Assign To" list. Change Priority and select "Assign ToDo(go to "Accept ToDo")" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. "Action" form in the "Task Info" tab contains new actions: "Accept ToDo", "Request Reassign", "Request Additional Information".
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Accept ToDo" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "Request Reassign" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	The Task has returned to a Step1. The "Assign To" field contain the previous appointed name.
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Assign ToDo" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "Request Additional Information" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. "Action" form in the "Task Info" tab contains new action "Specify Additional Info(go to "Accept ToDo")".
Select "Specify Additional Info(go to "Accept ToDo")" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button. Repeat the following actions: select: Accept ToDo -> Submit -> ToDo Complete -> Submit -> Approve ToDo -> Submit. Open a tested Task in "Active Tasks" form.	"Task" page contain a new "Blocking Tasks" form.
Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "ToDo Completed" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	New Tasks page is open. "Action" form in the "Task Info" tab contains new actions: "Approve ToDo", "Reject ToDo".
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Check the ToDo Results" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Go to "Task Info" tab. Select "Approve ToDo" in the "Action" tab. Click "Submit" button.	This Tasks page is close. "Welcome To EmForge" page is open. This Process is moved to the "Finished Processes for "User Name"".
Click "Finished Processes for "User Name"" link on the "Welcome To EmForge" page.	The finished process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished processes.

"Report Bug" process.

Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Check the bug" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Select "Yes, it is a bug" item. Click "Submit" button.	"Task" page is closed. "Emforge: Tasks" page is open. The Task is added in the "Active Processes" list.
Open this Task from "Active Processes" list.	"Emforge: Process" page is open. It contain a new "History" tab. "Process Info" tab contain a new "Blocking Task" form with current tasks. "Action" form contain two actions: "Save changes and stay here" and "End Process".
Go to "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Assign Bug to Milestone" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Select "It's not a bug". Click "Submit" button.	"Task" page is closed. "Emforge: Tasks" page is open.
Open "List of my Finished Processes".	This process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished processes.
Open this process. Open "History" tab.	"History" tab contains all recordings about process. The last recording should be: "Process finished: It's not a bug".
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "It's not a bug" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Select "It's duplicate". Click "Submit" button.	"Task" page is closed. "Emforge: Tasks" page is open.
Open "List of my Finished Processes".	This process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished processes.
Open this process. Open "History" tab.	"History" tab contains all recordings about process. The last recording should be: "Process finished: It's duplicate".
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "It's duplicate" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Select "Ask Bug Commiter". Click "Submit" button.	New "Tasks" page is open.The "Actions" form contain a new actions: "Clarify Information by Commiter (go to "Check the bug")"
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Clarify Information by Commiter" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step3. Return to "Task Info" tab. Select "Clarify Information by Commiter (go to "Check the bug")" option button. Submit.	The algorithm to a Step2.
Open "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Check the bug" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2. Select "Ask Manager". Click "Submit" button.	The "Tasks" page is closed. "Emforge: Tasks" page is open. Created Task in "Active Task" form is located. All parameters displayed correctly. Manager name should be indicated in brackets in the "Current Tasks" column.
Open this Task from "Active Processes" list.	"Emforge: Process" page is open. It contain a new "History" tab. "Process Info" tab contain a new "Blocking Task" form with current tasks. "Action" form contain two actions: "Save changes and stay here" and "End Process".
Go to "History" tab.	"History" tab contains all recordings about process. The last recording should be: "Start Task: Clarify Information By Manager".
Go to "Picture" tab.	Process is on "Clarify Information By Manager" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Steps "Assign Bug to Milestone", "Assign Bug", "Fix Bug", "Reassign Bug" should be executed by Project Manager or Developer. After Bug fixing Project Manager appoints the current Task on a Tester.	The taster should receive the message on email with the link to a Task, about that that the current Task is appointed to him.
Open the received letter. Pass under the link.	"Task" page is open.
Open "Picture" tab.	If it was the bug and it was fixed then process is on "Verify Bug" step, otherwise process is on "Check the Bug" step.

"Request DayOff" process.

Open this Task from "Active Processes" list. Go to "History" tab.	"History" tab contains all recordings about process. The last recording should be: "Start Task: Check Vacation Days Aviability".
Open "Picture" tab.	The picture of process is displayed. Process is on "Check Vacation Days Aviability" step. This step is selected with a red rectangular.
Step2.Return to "Task Info" tab. Select "Reject Vacation by Myself" option button. Submit.	"Task" page is closed. This Process is moved to the "Finished Processes for "User Name"".
Open "List of my Finished Processes".	This process cross out and it is displayed by the last in the list of the finished processes.
Steps "Accept Vacation by Manager", "Accept Vacation", "Notify Customer about Vacation ", "Enter Vacation Information into Calendar", "Take Vacation","Enter Vacation Information" should be executed by Manager.	After process end to the sender the notice on query result should be sent.

"Request a Feature" process.

"Hire New Employee" process.
